PRAYER:ALLAH IS SUFFICIENT FOR ME

God is sufficient for you. THERE is
your Guarantor in everything you do and everything at what you aspire.

You should wash properly, take ablution and not have committed adultery, or having consumed drug, alcohol and pork meat, at least in the 2 days preceding the day that you you intend to perform this prayer.
Then whatever time of day you take a liter of clean water, you put in front of you .Sit down face to Qibla, then without making prayers of nafila,express your wishes at the address of the Lord , Allah, our Creator, then do the following wirdou

Blowing in the water.
Then drink and rub all over the body 3 times spaced 15minutes, in the following order in a clean place:
1) First from the head until the waist `2)Then from the fingertips to shoulders, 3), then from the toes up towards the waist.Wait until the body dry after the third operation, before wearing clothes.
2)However the fact that this way of prayer will prevent desirable to not fornicate (to adultery), consume alcohol, drugs and pork) at least for cash at 17jours from 2 days before the day of treatement.Ovoid to perform treatment during periods of measurement for women.
